Set in Truvy's beauty salon, a group of Southern women confront life's highs and lows with grace and humor. As they bond over hairdos and heartaches, their enduring sisterhood weathers storms both literal and figurative. With poignant moments and witty repartee, Steel Magnolias showcases the strength and beauty of female friendship in the face of life's challenges.​
